**Position: Social Media Executive - Interior Design**

**Location: Noida Sector 63, H-140 nearby metro station Noida Electronic City**

**Department: Marketing & Communications**

**Reports To: Director**

**Role Overview**:
**As a Social Media Executive in the interior design industry, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's online presence across various social media platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, building relationships with the audience, and promoting the brand's design expertise to attract potential clients and collaborators.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- **Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.**:

- **Create high-quality visuals, including photos, videos, and graphics, showcasing design projects, behind-the-scenes processes, and design tips.**:

- **Write compelling captions and select appropriate hashtags to increase engagement and reach.**:

- **Community Engagement**:

- **Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.**:

- **Engage with followers by initiating conversations, conducting polls, and encouraging user-generated content.**:

- **Build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and industry professionals to expand the brand's network.**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- **Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new projects, services, or events.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.**:

- **Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.**:

- **Brand Consistency & Growth**:

- **Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, aesthetics, and values.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's presence fresh and relevant.**:

- **Explore new platforms and features to expand the brand's reach and engagement.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education: Graduate, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field.**:

- **Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in social media management, preferably in the interior design or lifestyle sector.**:

- **Skills**:

- **Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.**:

- **Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Strong organizational and time-management skills.**:

- **Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.**

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and location).**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
