**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar.
- Execute social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and content.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
- Handle 2-3 social media accounts simultaneously.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of branding and awareness strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute social media strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
