We stand out from the competition due to the technical talents of our skilled and technically proficient team, as well as our years of expertise. **PROFILE: Social Media Executive** **Job Description: - ** **Position: -** **Social Media Executive** **Job Timings: -** 10:00-7:00 pm **Experience: -** 2-4 years **Job Location: - Noida, Sector-62** **Salary Constraint**:Up to Rs. 30,000/- **(Based on work Experience)** **Job Responsibilities: -** - **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals. - **Content Creation**: Plan, create, and curate high-quality content (images, videos, graphics) tailored for each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) - **Community Management**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms. Engage with followers to build a loyal online community. - **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize strategies. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and product launches. - **Influencer Marketing**: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand the brand's reach and credibility. - **Staying Updated**: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing. - **Excellent knowledge of Content and Designing**: - Social Media Manager job will require to manage 2-3 brands or handle 2-3 diverse clients (from creating posts, to editing their reels, to posting) - Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred) - Content creation: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
