**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with the company’s business goals and target audience.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media channels. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and creating videos that resonate with our audience.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic. Optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
- Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future content and outreach.
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and digital marketing to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Experience in writing, graphic design, and video production (knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. is a plus).
- Ability to analyze social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- A creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas for engaging social media content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with different departments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM to enhance social media visibility.
