**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) aligned with brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and tech-related topics to keep our content relevant.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
- Assist in paid ad campaigns and boosting posts as needed.
- Support employer branding, product launches, events, and recruitment campaigns through social media.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media in a professional environment (preferably in the IT or tech sector).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms and deadlines efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
