**Job Role: Social Media Marketing Executive**

The **Social Media Marketing Executive** will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to grow our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with brand tone and audience interests
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using insights & analytics tools, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Manage day-to-day social media interactions, responding to comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
- Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve marketing goals
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of different social media platforms and their best practices
- Creative mindset with good design sense (Canva, Photoshop, or other tools preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary - Up to 3 LPA
