**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and brand mentions
- Respond to queries and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and product launches

**Campaign Execution & Paid Media**:

- Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns on **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**:

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics like CPC, CTR, impressions, reach, conversions, and ROAS
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create ad creatives and copy
- A/B test creatives and target segments for performance optimization

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to track performance
- Share weekly/monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, and campaign ROI
- Recommend strategy improvements based on analytics and insights

**Brand Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
- Maintain visual consistency and tone of voice in line with brand guidelines
- Suggest new ideas for content series, influencer collaboration, or engagement tactics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media and paid campaigns
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio)
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and communication skills
- Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
