Urgent Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist and Social Media Executive ◼

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist and Social Media Expert for Noida Location. The primary focus of this role is to drive leads through various social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and optimize our YouTube channel.

◾ Responsibilities:*
- Create and implement strategies to generate leads through social media platforms.
- Establish and manage social media accounts, with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Compile and deliver weekly reports on social media performance and lead generation metrics.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the social media landscape.
- E-mail and text campaign, including follow-ups.

◾ *Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, with a focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.
