This team works on Business Development and Customer Service for customers all over the world. We manage website and digital marketing for all our Global offices. This team work for projects across USA, Europe, India & Middle East. The current opening is in "Insta Integrated Marketing Solutions LLP ". (Service entity for Insta Group) **Website link**: **Job Description: -** The Procurement Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the procurement activities for our projects in the USA. This role involves the following responsibilities. Vendor Negotiation: - Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure reliable supply chains. Vendor Comparison: - Conduct comprehensive comparisons of vendors based on cost, quality, delivery speed, and other relevant criteria. - Maintain a database of preferred vendors with detailed evaluations. Approval of Management: - Prepare and present procurement recommendations to management for approval. - Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and as per project requirement. Invoice Tracking: - Track and verify all invoices related to procurement activities. - Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices in coordination with the finance department. Delivery TAT (Turnaround Time): - Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials. - Address and resolve any issues causing delays in the supply of the product. Coordination with Stakeholders: - Collaborate with project managers in USA, design teams, and other stakeholders in India and the USA to align procurement activities with project timelines. - Facilitate clear and effective communication between all parties involved in the procurement process. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
