**What You’ll Do**

As an **Education Program Counselor**, you'll help students and parents understand LeapStart’s career-focused programs and guide them toward the right path.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Call and counsel students & parents about their education and career goals
- Recommend the right courses based on student needs and background
- Explain program structure, fees, outcomes, and industry relevance
- Follow up on leads and convert interest into course enrollments

**Who You Are**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- 1-3 years experienced in **sales, counseling, customer service, or EdTech**:

- Excellent at communicating in **English & Telugu** (Hindi is a bonus)
- Confident on phone calls and can build rapport quickly
- Excited to hit targets and help others succeed
- Open to learning, growing, and working in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
