**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with students and parents over the phone to explain course details, certifications, and benefits.
- Provide information about admissions, project opportunities, and the support provided by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience.
- Address queries and concerns effectively, offering solutions and encouraging enrollment.
- Update and maintain the student database with accurate records.
- Work with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous student satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or student counseling is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to persuade and encourage students to join our programs.
