Roles & Responsibility
- 1) Getting Feedback from customer via call or other means available with Org.
2) Discount Offered Call on customer's Birthday & Anniversary. And also Generation Voucher for same.
3) Exhibition Invite and follow up calls to Customer.
4) Prepare the data for non purchase customer from Floor manager time to time. And Follow up with Floor Manager for customer follow-ups. (Non purchase Winback the customer)
5) Scheme Instalment Payment pending calls to Customer - Only Surat
6) All time of Customer Grievances handling as per Org. SOP
7) Customer review and feedback day to day basic in particular form as per Org. SOP 8) Execute & Pitch the schemes to Customer during customer feedback
9) Request Customers to visit our Social pages through QR
10) To check Customer effectiveness through customer Feedback data analyse, its evaluation. Update the Floor manager & Mgt. about its effectiveness through monthly meeting. Help the floor manager to create action plan according to result of effectiveness
11) Assist Sales Executives for their customers services bases on customer feedback. 12) Coordinate with and support Marketing team for Customer database and Customer behaviour related data. i.e. number of Grievances, Geographical, cast, culture vise customer movement etc
13) To support promotional activity such as via massage about us.
14) Help the floor manager to create action plan according to result of effectiveness

Experience - 1 to 2 Year
Pay Scale - Up to 20k to 25k
Office Time - 10:0 to 7:00
