**About Us**:
Sazrika is a fast-growing women’s clothing brand specializing in sarees, kurtis, blouses, and lehengas. We are looking for a **Customer Care Executive** who can provide excellent support to our customers and enhance their shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and discounts.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and politely.
- Maintain customer records and feedback for service improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery partners) for order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in **English & Hindi** (both verbal and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in **customer service, e-commerce, or retail** (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple queries and work under pressure.
