**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Call potential and existing customers to inform them about the company's e-commerce platform, products, services, and offers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Convince customers to purchase products and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products by identifying customer needs and preferences.
- Process orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Handle abandoned carts by reminding customers about their pending purchases.
- **Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution**:

- Record customer feedback and complaints and provide solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Sales Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
