### Job Description: Immigration Telecaller Executive

1. **Client Interaction**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients to discuss immigration services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about immigration processes, requirements, and services.

2. **Consultation and Guidance**:

- Assess client profiles to determine eligibility for various immigration programs.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update client databases with call details and client information.

4. **Sales and Lead Conversion**:

- Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into consultations.
- Achieve set targets for client sign-ups and service enrollments.

5. **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of necessary documents.
- Ensure all client records ar

6. **Market Research and Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from clients about their experience and services provided.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration laws and trends.

7. **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
