Job Title: Tele caller Executive (US Process - Night Shift)

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Timings: Night Shift (Aligned with US time zones)

About the Role:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele

caller Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal to our success, where you will be

engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls for a US-based process. As part

of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building

strong relationships with potential clients, and maintaining accurate documentation of

your interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads provided, following up on potential clients and

opportunities.
- Conduct basic research on leads to understand their profiles and customize your

pitch accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions on Excel sheets, ensuring

data accuracy and organization.
- Track responses, follow up with interested leads, and nurture them through the

sales process.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing the number of calls dialed, outcomes, and

progress with the assigned leads.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and

strategies.
- Handle objections and queries professionally, providing relevant information to

build rapport with prospects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English with excellent verbal and written

communication skills.
- Tech-savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar tools to track data,

generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Basic knowledge of CRM tools

would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records

and meeting targets.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
