3. Schedule appointments for the sales team: The tele caller must schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients who are interested in buying or selling properties. They must ensure that the appointments are scheduled at a convenient time for both the client and the sales team.

4. Maintain accurate records: The tele caller must maintain accurate records of all calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. They must update the database on a regular basis and ensure that it is up-to-date.

5. Meet targets: The tele caller must meet their targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. They must work towards achieving their targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

6. Provide feedback: The tele caller must provide feedback to the sales team on the quality of leads generated and the level of interest shown by potential clients. They must also provide feedback on the effectiveness of the script and any improvements that can be made.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
