**Description**
- We are seeking some skilled tele caller cum sales executive to join our placement and recruitment agency team.
- The tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our consultancy client and services, generate leads, and close sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound and international calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our placement and recruitment agency and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide product/service information and pricing details.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative in the consultancy service industry.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and client demands.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused approach to deliver excellent service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
