As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products/services, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and drive sales. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers positively and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation and Follow-ups
- Target Achievement and Report Generation
- Sales Support
- Customer Service

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive and confident in nature.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
