**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with detailed call information.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Years of Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in [Specify Language Requirements, e.g., English, Hindi and Gujarati].
