**Support & Tele Caller Executive**

**Position**: Support & Tele Caller Executive
**Experience Required**: 1-3 Years
**Location**: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**:6 days a week

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide **construction industry ERP** **product support** to clients.
- Resolve client queries and ensure **customer satisfaction**.
- Conduct **tele-marketing / lead generation calls** for our products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales and operations team with client communication.
- Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in **customer support / tele calling / tele marketing**.
- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and regional languages**.
- Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
- Strong **listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills**.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- **Domain knowledge in the Indian construction industry** will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
