**Job Description: Tele Caller**

**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 Years
**Location**:Ahmedabad (Work from office only)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's IT products.
- Generate and schedule client demos for our product offerings.
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant product information.
- Identify and generate leads through effective telecommunication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed and updated client database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and call targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and suggestions.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a Tele Caller or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to promote products and generate leads over the phone.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking leads.
- Ability to handle client objections and manage conversations effectively.
- Knowledge of IT products and the tech industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tele Caller: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
- English (required)
