**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**:

- Verify and qualify leads obtained from different marketing sources, both online and offline.
- Classify and prioritize leads based on their potential and urgency.

**2. Appointment Setting**:

- Coordinate with Sales Executives to schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
- Ensure appointments are efficiently managed and documented in the Sales MIS.
- Follow up with clients to confirm meeting schedules and provide necessary details.

**3. Sales MIS Maintenance**:

- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of leads, contacts, and clients in the Sales MIS.
- Enter new leads, update lead status, and record all interactions and communications.
- Generate reports from the MIS as required by the Business Development Manager or team.

**4. Online Marketing Platforms**:

- Monitor social media platforms and the company website for incoming leads and inquiries.
- Engage with potential customers on social media to generate interest and responses.
- Utilize online e-tender platforms for bidding on projects and filling out necessary documentation.

**5. E-Tender Management**:

- Fill out e-tenders accurately and submit them within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Sales Executives and Management for required documentation and approvals.
- Follow up on submitted tenders to track progress and ensure timely responses.

**6. Client Communication**:

- Handle all communication from clients, providing information on products, services, and pricing.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay to the Sales Manager.

**7. Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate logistics for sales-related events, such as exhibitions or product demonstrations.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any format or Diploma on related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the automotive or equipment industry.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using online marketing platforms and e-tender portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building positive relationships.
