Join our dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator, playing a vital role in supporting our sales operations and enhancing client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Need to oversees the performance and efficiency levels of Sales Representatives.
- Have to set goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools.
- Have to coordinate with Sale team and monitoring their performance.
- Provide crucial support to the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issues, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, preparing accurate sales reports and analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and follow-ups with customers and prospects.
- Set goals and quotas for sales teams, create training schedules, and maintain inventory of sales presentation tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team and monitor their performance.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team and maintain efficient workflows.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
