Sales Administration & Support
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate customer records, update customer relationship management (CRM) software, and manage sales databases.
- **Document Preparation**:Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales presentations to support the sales team.
- **Administrative Support**:Handle administrative duties, such as filing, processing invoices, and managing general office tasks.

Client & Sales Team Coordination
- **Communication**:Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and managing customer grievances professionally.
- **Meeting & Event Coordination**:Schedule sales meetings, client visits, and coordinate logistics for sales events like trade shows and conferences.
- **Sales Strategy Support**:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and goals, and help the team with lead generation.

Reporting & Data Management
- **Sales Data Analysis**:Track and evaluate sales data, industry trends, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to management.
- **Reporting**:Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management to guide strategies and objectives.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
