**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities and orders with customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to support sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain customer accounts, manage inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to confirm orders.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and deliveries.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Track sales progress and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and sales transactions.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to enhance company growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/sales support role.
- Experience in manufacturing industries, particularly wire, zinc, or chemicals, will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
