**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English to understand and meet the needs of Canadian customers.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns over the phone.
- Use product knowledge and sales skills to effectively meet the needs of customers and close sales.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls made and follow up as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and higher conversions.
- Handle customer complaints and issues over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and enhance sales techniques.
- Support retail operations as needed, including processing transactions and maintaining a presentable sales floor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales or marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer service role.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM software and telephone systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
