Probation Period:
2-3 months (Performance-based evaluation for progression)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Engagement:
Conduct calls with potential leads to provide detailed information on Unified Mentor’s services and programs.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and objectives of prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish strong, ongoing relationships with leads to facilitate the sales process.
Nurture leads and ensure a positive experience throughout their interaction with Unified Mentor.
Sales & Conversions:
Convince potential customers of the value of our programs, addressing their queries and showcasing the unique benefits of our offerings.
Actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Conducting Sessions:
Participate in organizing and conducting sessions to help potential clients better understand Unified Mentor’s programs.
Performance Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales activities, feedback, and progress to the team for review and continuous improvement.
Salary and Growth:
During Probation: Up to ₹20,000 (₹10,000 Fixed + ₹10,000 Variable)
Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively articulate program value
Team player with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred but not mandatory
