**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Associate at SSzone Technologies you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our range of IT products and services to potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
2. Identify and qualify leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to customize solutions based on client requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
6. Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and secure new business opportunities.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
