Associate Partner - EV Charging Station Business Role Description: As an Associate Partner in our EV Charging Station business, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, pitching our charging solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful order execution. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns they may have. Compensation Package: 1. Commission on Every Order Execution: You will receive a commission for every successful order you secure and oversee through to execution. This commission will be based on the value of the order and will incentivize you to drive sales. 2. Fuel and Recharge Allowance: We understand the importance of mobility in your role. Hence, you will receive a fuel and recharge allowance to cover your travel expenses related to client meetings and business operations. Sales Incentives and Recurring Income: In addition to the commission and allowance, as an Associate Sales Partner, you will have the opportunity to earn additional sales incentives. Moreover, you will also have the chance to earn recurring income for up to 15 years after the sale of the product. This provides a long-term incentive for you to maintain strong client relationships and continue driving sales over time. Pay: ₹8,862.98 - ₹150,000.00 per month
