**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Drive hardcore sales efforts in the financial markets sector.
- Achieve assigned targets from the **first month onwards**.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of proven sales experience**, preferably in financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Compensation & Incentives**
- **Incentives**: Salary + **₹5,000 incentive** on meeting monthly targets.
- Remote work flexibility; office presence not mandatory if targets are achieved.
