We are currently seeking a CMDB DC Service Now to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end greenfield implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
- ** Incident Management**:

- ** Problem Management**:

- ** Change Management**:

- ** Request Fulfillment**:

- ** Knowledge Management**
- Architect and implement CMDB with proper CI class models, discovery, dependency mapping, and integrations.
- Utilize infrastructure knowledge to optimize Discovery configurations and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of infrastructure components and security measures, including servers, networks, storage, firewalls, virtualization technologies, and cloud environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper access and permissions for Discovery (firewall/permissions)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on CMDB initiatives
- Understanding ServiceNow Discovery and credential management
- Understanding Service portfolio management and mapping on ServiceNow.
- Experience in setting up ITSM to ensure CMDB data supports efficient service delivery related to infrastructure
- Define and document CMDB data models, ownership, and governance processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure monitoring, discovery tools, and third-party platforms (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
- Establish and enforce best practices for ITIL-based processes and CMDB hygiene.
- Develop and execute test plans, user training, and change management strategies.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, with at least 2+ full-cycle implementations of ITSM and CMDB.
- Proven experience in greenfield or large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow.
- Strong hands-on skills in configuring ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Experience with CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data imports.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CMDB) - Preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification - Preferred.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
- Exposure to agile project methodologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HAM/SAM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
