**Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB**
**Work Location: Bangalore KA, Noida UP**
**Skill Required: ServiceNow CMDB - Discovery/CSDM SME**
Experience Required Skills**:6-8 years/ Not less than 6yrss**
**Job Description**:
1.Experience in Governance of ServiceNow CMDB module
2.Understanding of CSDM service mapping Model
3.Hands on experience on Service now discovery module
4.Good Analytical Skills
5,Process Skills (ITIL Framework)
Good Communication Skills (English Written & Oral)
Essential Skills:
1. Have 6 plus years of experience in CMDB Functional Consultant or similar role, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of CMDB concepts, including data modeling, reconciliation, and federation.
3. Hands-on experience with CMDB tools such as ServiceNow. Discovery
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
7. Relevant certifications in ITIL, CMDB, or related areas are a plus.
8. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and frameworks, such as ITIL, is desirable.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shift to better cover the client working hours
