**Job Description:

- **

Managing Collections process and MIS for Rural Product.
- MIS - Repo Stock/Overdue report/Product wise Efficiency/Billing Vs collection/NPA/Write off / Repo/Release/Sale flagging/RTGS confirmation/Contest MIS/Restructured Pool efficiency/ Bkt 2 and 3 cases with expected NPA date.
- Launching Contest for NPA 100% and write off cases as per management requirement.
- Preparing contest payout as per performance and eligibility.
- Valuation of repo assets thru Vendor partner.
- Setting a process with Call centre for Pre and post delinquency management. (IVR calling and sending SMS)
- Representation of banking bounce cases as per due dates.
- Identifying repeat bounce cases and allocating these cases to sales and collxn filed team for collecting Fresh/New Mandate form from customer and getting it registered with banking ops team to reduce bouncing numbers.
- Special focus on Restructured cases and ensuring collections.
- Repo/Sale/Release flagging in System as per the process.
- Identify cases for legal initiation for GECL NPA cases for settling claims.
- Management reporting and MIS. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)- Role:_Collection / Recovery Manager
