Understand project role as Lead with strong knowledge and hands on experience in SuccessFactors-Core skill in Compensation module and capable of handling complex requirements and configuration Deep Integration expertise within SuccessFactors HR suite across modules
- Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on SF solutions, project implementation timelines and overall scoping of projects

Technical Experience:

- Min 6 years of SAP Successfactors exp with at least end to end 4 Implementation projects
- SF certification with exp and expertise in modules like Compensation and Variable Pay
- Experience managing work streams and different teams
- Provided requisite training and knowledge transfer to clients to achieve successful deployment and user adoption
- Provided recommendations with half-yearly and periodic system updates6 Certified in SF Comp and VP

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SAP SuccessFactors: 4 years (required)
