- Minimum 8+ years of experience working with HR data.
- 4+years of Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Supporting the global HR teams, serve as centralized resource for compensation. Develop, implement and monitor compensation, to include: pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios, incentive plans, etc.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
- Experience in leveraging system compensation tools such as SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems, to significantly improve compensation processing.
- Associate or Professional Compensation Certification preferred.

Basic understanding of agile methodology
