
SAP Successfactors Compensation 6 to 9 Years

6 8 years of experience including at least 2 end to end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules Compensation Management Variable Pay etc.
- Implementation of SF Compensation Management at assigned clients.
- Interacting with clients and customizing the SAP modules as per client business needs.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation skills and must be a team player.
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
- Hands on all the Data Models should be well versed with Compensation implementation guidelines right from understanding business requirements and then translating them to system configuration and create solution design.
- Must be comfortable with creation of compensation statements including creating compensation statements templates setting permissions assigning employees to group and generating statements.
- Must be aware of how to integrate Compensation with other modules, Preparation, Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts.
- Strong decision making skills Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations.
