We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with at least one year of experience in course selling and other sales to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and tailor offerings to suit their learning goals and requirements.
- Provide product information, including course features, benefits, and enrollment details to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and trends to expand customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to optimize sales strategies and improve the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in course selling or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the sales field.
