**Job Title**: Inside Sales Associate
**Location**: MG Road, Bengaluru
**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to effectively present relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**:
- **Fresher**: Recent graduates with a strong desire to build a career in sales are welcome to apply.
- **Experienced**: 6 months to 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [mention any other required local languages, e.g., Kannada, Hindi].
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
**Salary**:
- **Fresher**: ₹30,000 take-home salary per month.
- **Experienced**: ₹38,000 take-home salary per month (commensurate with experience).
