**BPO International Telesales Executive**
**Location**: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹14,000 to ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets, introducing products or services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Engage customers in conversation, provide information, and persuade them to purchase or inquire further about the products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads, maintaining detailed records of potential clients and their inquiries.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and providing solutions.
- **Sales Goals**: Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure continued engagement and increase sales conversion.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Excellent communication skills** in both **Hindi and English**.
- **Strong interpersonal skills** and a customer-focused approach.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment** and handle rejection professionally.
- **Positive attitude** with a willingness to learn and grow in the telesales field.
- Ability to meet **sales targets** and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Basic knowledge** of sales techniques or previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory for freshers.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
