Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our Matrimony BPO team. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing new leads, promoting paid memberships, and ensuring timely renewals while maintaining a high level of service excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to new users who have created accounts and provide information about the website features and membership options. Follow up with existing customers to assist with renewal payments and present available offers or discounts. Resolve customer queries patiently and effectively through phone communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system. Achieve individual and team-based sales and renewal targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms. Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO operations will be an added advantage. Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and target orientation.
