Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our Matrimony BPO team. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing new leads, promoting paid memberships, and ensuring timely renewals while maintaining a high level of service excellence. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to new users who have created accounts and provide information about the website features and membership options. - Follow up with existing customers to assist with renewal payments and present available offers or discounts. - Resolve customer queries patiently and effectively through phone communication. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system. - Achieve individual and team-based sales and renewal targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms. - Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO operations will be an added advantage. - Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and target orientation. Employment Details - Job Type: Full-time (On-site) - Industry: Matrimony / BPO / Customer Service - Compensation: 15k - 25k Per Month with attractive performance-based incentives
