Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including retail outlets, designers, manufacturers, and wholesalers.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities in the têxtile and fabric industry.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales department.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Advise customers on the best fabrics for their specific needs, including usage, durability, color, texture, and price points.

Provide samples, technical information, and expert recommendations for product selection.

Customer Support & Service:
Ensure timely order fulfillment and provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and inventory management.

Market Research & Analysis:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new fabric innovations, and competitor offerings.

Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance, forecasts, and sales pipeline.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the têxtile, fabric, or fashion industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

A passion for têxtiles and a keen understanding of current fabric trends.

Preferred:
A background or degree in fashion, design, têxtiles, or a related field.

Experience with B2B sales or working with designers, manufacturers, or wholesalers in the fabric or têxtile industry.

Knowledge of fabric sourcing, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
