**Main Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative
- International (Real Estate)**
- To ensure generation of leads through cold calling, digital campaign & overall marketing of the organisation.
- To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquiries to maximize sales conversions.
- Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.
- Making outbound calls in accordance with the incoming leads too.
- Share details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit
- Following up with the clients

Key Requirements
- Must be graduate from any stream
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
