Previous experience in fabric procurement, merchandising, or related roles within the têxtile industry.

Strong understanding of fabric types, properties, and production processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Advance Excel Knowledge.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with production and design teams to align fabric procurement with project timelines and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory levels, including tracking stock levels and reorder points.
- Monitor fabric orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and merchandise displays to showcase fabric offerings effectively.
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming fabric shipments to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to address any quality issues or concerns, including rejections, returns, or replacements.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall fabric procurement process and product quality.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to analyze fabric sales data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Develop forecasting models and inventory projections to optimize fabric inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on factors such as quality, reliability, and responsiveness, and provide feedback as needed.

Working Days | Monday to Saturday: 09:30am - 06:30pm
