**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sampling Programs**: Create and maintain updated records of all sampling programs to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the sampling team to ensure samples are produced in the correct fabrics and meet quality standards.
- **Fabric and Trim Sourcing**: Assist in sourcing high-quality fabrics and trims that align with the brand's aesthetic and sustainability goals.
- **On-field Research**: Conduct research in the field for potential new fabrics and trims, keeping abreast of industry trends.
- **Measurement Charts**: Maintain and update measurement charts for each style, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- **Organization**: Systematically organize and file papers, patterns, samples, trims, and fabrics for easy access and reference.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials and samples.
- **Customer Orders**: Assist in fulfilling customer orders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends in the industry.
- Previous experience in merchandising or a related role
