**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive sales of têxtile fabrics, ensuring targets and goals are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the têxtile industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including designers, manufacturers, and retailers.
- Provide product recommendations based on client needs and market trends.
- **Fabric Expertise & Product Knowledge**:

- Be well-versed in various types of fabrics (cotton, silk, polyester, wool, etc.), their properties, and uses.
- Advise clients on the best fabric choices based on their project requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the têxtile industry.
- Conduct fabric demonstrations and presentations for clients to showcase the product range and quality.
- **Customer Service**:

- Offer personalized, consultative sales service to clients.
- Resolve any issues or concerns regarding fabric selection, delivery, and quality.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- **Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders and quotations.
- Handle the post-sale process, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Monitor industry trends and keep the sales team informed of potential opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- A degree/diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related fields is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fabric sales.
- Proven experience in a consultative sales role with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of clients.
- Ability to analyze and understand client needs and offer tailored fabric solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sales software/tools is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about têxtiles and the fashion industry.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Language**:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
