Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fabrication sector through networking and research.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their fabrication needs.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that showcase our fabrication services and solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly
and quarterly targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
