Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Key Account Manager to lead daily e-commerce operations for our Home & Kitchen product line across Amazon (FBA), Flipkart (FBF), and Myntra (Ekart). The role demands complete ownership of listings, inventory, pricing, deals, and coordination with suppliers and warehouses to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Fulfillment Management

Monitor and manage inventory across Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, and Myntra Ekart warehouses

Coordinate daily stock movements across multiple warehouse locations

Prevent stockouts and oversupply by forecasting inventory requirements

Daily reconciliation of inventory and SKU-level tracking

Deals, Pricing & Promotions

Create and manage deals, coupons, price drops, and promotional campaigns

Plan and execute offers during sale events like Amazon Prime Day, Big Billion Days, EORS, etc.

Collaborate with suppliers and marketplace teams for deal approvals and stock planning

Shipment & Order Flow Coordination

Supervise daily order dispatch and delivery processes

Ensure timely pickups and SLA adherence through FBA, FBF, and Ekart

Handle return reconciliations, damaged item claims, and inventory adjustments

Catalog & Listing Management

Create and update listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal

Review content, images, bullet points, A+ pages, and keyword optimization

Identify and resolve catalog errors or visibility issues

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports including:
Warehouse-wise stock reports

Sales summaries

Return rate and page view analysis

Use Excel and Google Sheets for accurate data tracking and trend spotting

Recommend corrective actions based on performance analytics

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably Home & Kitchen segment)

Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, and Myntra Ekart

Hands-on experience with seller panels, pricing tools, and basic logistics workflows

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics

Capable of managing 200-300 SKUs independently

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong process mindset with attention to detail
Work Model

Primary Location: Indore Office (Full-time, in-person)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
