**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive

**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven **E-commerce Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
- Monitor product performance, inventory, and visibility to maximize conversions and sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, CTR, and sales performance.
- Work with design/content teams to ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and creatives.
- Handle day-to-day operations: order management, returns, ratings & reviews, and customer queries.
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct competitor research and provide insights for pricing, positioning, and promotions.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
